Chassis: It adopts Dongfeng LZ1120LAPT chassis with EuroⅢemission
standard.
PowerIt adopts Carter C6114ZGB diesel-engine with 160kw power . It
boasts of low fuel consumption, little noise and high reliability
and is in line with current European regulations.
Pumping system: The hopper adopts the design of the world`s latest
cone-shaped structure which can greatly increase the mobility and
surplus factor of concrete and the inhalation of the concrete
cylinder. This not only enhances the pumping ability but also
reduces the possibility of indirect blocking. S-tube is adopted as
a distribution valve. The optimal design of S-tube curve enables
theconcrete to flow smoothly inside S-tube with low pressure loss.
Meanwhile, the wear-resistant steel construction of S-tube with
wear-resistant alloys at the bottom of internal chamber ensures the
long life of S-tube. The relatively smaller installation degree of
the pumping system makes good gripping performance. The batching
system boasts of large torque and the stirring speed can
beregulated. The design of stirring shaft which is to be assembled
greatly facilitates the clients’ maintenance. The stirring blades
with three-side overlaied by wear-resistant alloys can ensure its
long life expectancy.
Hydraulic system: The main oil pump of the hydraulic system uses
Japan’s Kawasaki K3V112DT oil pump with large displacement.
The adoption of an entirely new open-hydraulic system and
proprietary hydraulic buffer technology results in the small impact
and low fever of system rotation. The super-mandatory air-cooled
system ensures the hydraulic oil temperature is far below national
standard maximum temperature all day long .The adoption of
three-step filtering measures such as filtering by absorbing crude
oil, filtering the oil return and filtering by controlling the oil
pressure can ensure the prompt and effective filtering of the
penetrated impurities and wearing particles.It exclusively adopts
the automatic refueling and bypasses circulatory filtering system.
Therefore,it is not only convenient for refueling but also able to
prevent man-made pollution by filtering the crude oil. The
circulatory system can regularly filter the hydraulic oil in the
tanker. It is possessed of two pumping methods like high-voltage
displacement and low-voltage displacement which has a strong
adaptability for concrete transporting height or distance.
All the hydraulic components with rational layout are easy for
operation and maintenance.
Electrical system: The electrical control system adopts Siemens
latest logic control module LOGO with great reliability and simple
circuit. Besides, when the switch is vulnerable to damage, the pump
can still work properly by adjusting LOGO internal parameters.
